Our Products
All products on kiviro.in are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
We take care to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. We are not responsible for minor variations in colour or texture that differ from what is displayed on your device.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
- Promotional pricing is valid only for the stated period and cannot be applied retrospectively.
03 — Orders & Payment
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- We accept payments via our secure payment gateway partners, which may include UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
- We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
- In the event that a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
04 — Shipping
Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability. Kiviro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation.
- Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — we are not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.
05 — Returns & Refunds
Returns Policy
We want you to love every Kiviro piece. If you are not completely satisfied, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details on eligibility, timelines, and the process for returning items.
- Returns must be initiated within the stated window from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kiviro.in with your order number and photos of the issue.

Our Content
All content on kiviro.in — including text, images, logos, product photography, and brand elements — is the property of Kiviro and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from us. Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a product image on social media with credit) is permitted.
07 — Limitation of Liability
Our Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kiviro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the website is at your own risk.
