01 — Shipping
Delivery
We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and will vary based on your location and the courier partner serving your area.
- Orders above ₹8,999 qualify for complimentary delivery.
- Shipping charges for orders below ₹8,999 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- Kiviro is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. During peak periods or sale events, dispatch may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
02 — Returns
Returns Policy
We want you to love every Kiviro piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- All original tags must be attached and intact.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@kiviro.in with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back before receiving confirmation from our team.
03 — Refunds
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty.
04 — Damaged or Incorrect Items
Something Not Right?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right.
- Email us at hello@kiviro.in with your order number.
- Include clear photographs of the item and the packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
